IMAGELog - Edit Curve - Desand - Now allows choice of TVDSL or MD as depth basis.

Well Properties - Curve Header - an option has been added to display the curve "frequency" in the curve header table.

Data Loading - some additional warnings about suspected LAS file version errors have been added.

Sonic Waveform - Guide and Patch DT curves can now be used for "slowness" and anisotropy semblance calculations.  The process for using these tools has changed slightly:
  Click the option button, then left click on  the curve to choose it.
  Next, pick points appropriately for the operation (follow instructions on status line). Finally right click and accept.
  This process can be repeated until finished.

Pick Data - an option has been added to the Group Edit tab in "Pick Options" to compare pick files.

Petrophysics - a problem with curve interpolation to higher frequency curves that was introduced in TerraStation mod 7.237 has been fixed.

General - the license checking system has been made more robust for laptop computers with varying network connection characteristics.

Dip Analysis - Azimuth Vector plot.  We have attempted to improve the zone labeling capability on this plot.
 
Dip Analysis - the ranges for the Azimuth SCAT track on the stereonet display is now saved/restored.

Petrophysics - the curve copy utility now permits the use of the closest value, rather than using the average, when copying curves from auxiliary data files.

IMAGELog - a technique for "grabbing" and moving the IMAGELog track header width has been added. Simply grab the area at the top of the track/base of the header region. This option works in sliding header and fixed regular header modes.

IMAGELog - a right click option to add a new track of identical type to the current one was added.

Petrophysics - a potential crash condition in Kobra has been corrected.

Correlation - a new cross section pick display option, "single attachment", will join picks across wells which are missing the pick.

Geopolitical Display - a text size problem within GPL map display has been fixed.

LIS Data Loading - the report file is now initialized based on the incoming file name plus the extension ".rpt".

DLIS Data Loading - the table for sonic waveform output files can now be saved to file.

IMAGELog - rim numbers can now be turned off in rose diagrams.

Dipmeter Analysis - the "right arrow" option has been returned to the power bar.

Dipmeter Analysis - you now have the option to display a Mohr diagram beneath the Stereonet.  Currently located on the Rose tab - Display Mohr Diagram box.  Need to define pressure regime parameters.

IMAGELog - an option for "anonymous" depth numbers (XX50, etc) has been added to depth tracks for use with "sensitive" well data.

Data Loading - the auxiliary data loader now can load the type and lab name columns for core data.

LAS Export - a potential crash condition when exporting multi valued curves has been fixed.

Petrophysics - Analysis - Fast Formation Evaluation - there is now a Monte Carlo capability for this module.

Petrophysics - one can now copy a single column from a multi valued curve into another (single valued) curve.

DLIS Export - a user control for the missing data null value has been added when exporting DLIS data.

DLIS Image Loading - a warning is now issued when duplicate incoming "slow" channels, such as duplicate caliper curves, are found.

IMAGELog - comments can now be posted (in comments tracks) from all pick, facies, and lithology files.

General - additional curve sources are now accessible for graphics displays in Petrophysics and Dextr.  These curve sources are from the secondary pick, facies, and lithology files.

DLIS Data Loading - the parameter report is now displayed after data loading.  This report had been inadvertently removed in recent releases.

General - an option to standardize US API numbers with or without dashes has been added to the right click menu of Well Data Management (for multiple wells).

Petrophysics - Rockmod - added a single lithology shale option (MINVER = 7). Also speeded up bed boundary processing.

General - user interface control has been added in the Edit Preferences/Misc section for initializing the lithology window height.

DLIS Data Loading - the default report file name as been standardized to be the input file with the extension .rpt.

This is a patch release containing quick fixes.  It is probably not of general interest to most TS users.  Changes will be included in the next standard release.

IMAGElog - Lithology/facies- a problem displaying the correct"curve bar" data ranges has been fixed.

Batch DLIS Loading - informational messages are suppressed during batch load operations.

DLIS Loading - the default file name for DLIS load reports has been changed to the form of "filename.rpt".

Well Data Management - a beta version for a small utility to standardize US API numbers with or without dashes has been added.

IMAGELog - the "N =" annotation on rose diagram tracks will now be limited by the interval bottom in an effort to improve the display aesthetics.

IMAGELog - a new user preference for controlling the default height of the lithology and facies panel has been added.  Clients with lengthy lithology lists may find it convenient to increase this value.  This is controlled by the sbi variable lith_edit_ht in userdef.sbi.  An option will be added soon for controlling this directly from inside the program.

General - when setting the depth interval using Z variables in single well mode, one can now choose a Z variable list which contains only valid Zs sorted in depth order.

Petrophysics - Merlin - the transition probability matrix option can now use the lithology or facies beds directly.

Borehole Imaging - a new option has been added when creating fracture density curves in batch mode.  A curve suffix can be specified to help improve later identification of the curves created this way.

IMAGELog - a rare problem with facies track displays where diagonal lines might appear across the fill pattern has been resolved.

Data Loading - the load sequence for DLIS image loading has been simplified.  An option has been added which will permit users to expand the depth range of the image while loading if desired.

Petrophysics - a new synthetic curve generator has been added to curve utilities.

General - a problem with pattern display when PDF plots are rotated has been resolved.

Borehole Imaging - a new "High Res" option has been added to the smoothing settings for Formation View tracks.  This may be useful to reduce sawtooth and blockiness for acceleration corrected data.  It is slower.

Petrophysics - a problem with the curve array copy in curve utilities has been corrected.

Petrophysics - the APLC matrix conversion option has been added to the borehole corrections.

TS V7.239 - 17 November, 2011

Data Loading - when "loading wells from other projects", the wells may now be selected from a list of well names from another project. Select the BXX file of the source project first, then the wells from the well name list presented.

Petrophysics - Equus - the EQUUS curve value calculator now supports the inverse trigonometric functions arccos, arcsin, and arctan.

Petrophysics - Rockmod - speed improvements. Also fixed a potential glitch with the data units of the input Potassium curve, and a possible file locking issue when using IMAGELog and Rockmod together.

Correlation - a problem displaying well images with missing orientation data has been resolved.
